DHTML Menu Builder Actions
CompilingThe compilation process is the final stage of the menu design.
This process will create all the necessary code in order to make the menus you have just designed using DHTML Menu Builder's interface. The files that are created and updated using this process are the .js and the hRef.txt files. To know more about what these file actually do, click here.
DHTML Menu Builder does not work over you current HTML documents, so their integrity is fully maintained and are never touched by compilation process.
To know how to implement the compiled files into your HTML documents, click here.
To do a full compilation, either click the compile icon from the main toolbar or select Compile from the Tools pulldown menu.
IMPORTANT: If you change the name of any group or the type of Optimization, compiling will not be enough to reflect the changes on you implementation. You will also need to run the HotSpot Editor to update the trigger code attached to your hotspots.
